My Teenage Years

Hello my dear-dear readers..whom I adore..ahaks..Memandangkan I nie dah makin lama makin meningkat usia tua ,so I nak mengimbaula zaman kegemilanganku..chewah..zaman kegilaan,zaman happy go lucky..Zaman sekolah! I choose to study in all girls school,ala...sekolah yang famous kat Kajang where Ning,Shafni ,Nora Danish belajar tuh..Owh2,the famous blogger Lady Verde pon sekolah situ jugak..Yes,she's my schoolmate!

Yang I suka pasal all girls school nie kan pasal time PE,takyah gaduh nak pergi toilet tukar baju..semua pakat tutup tingkap and change in class aja..kadang lepas PE pon I selamba badak pakai baju PE time rehat.Rehat time adalah masa yang paling ditunggu..Why?because nak beratur beli Nasi ayam..Mind you that special nasi Ayam sekali seminggu jek boley makan sebabnya its RM2.50 kot sepinggan and papa just gave me RM2 s pocket money..so,kena jimatla nak makan that Nasi Ayam..beratur pulak panjang gilerr wohh..

Then dah makan tuh,we all lepak Pavillion..tataula nama panggil pavillion but tempat nie berbumbung and sangat berguna time nak buat assembly masa hujan.Nak tengok gambarr???



Heheh,we even have our after recess assembly here where the Head of Prefect gave important announcement.Kadang-kadang ada spot check,check kuku lah,sock kena lipat,then rambut takleh kaler bagai,nanti kena point,cukup 5 points kena masuk detention kott..Nasib I budak baik..so,tak pernah kena..huhuhu

Balik sekolah adalah masa yang sangat ditunggu...where me and my gang akan tawaf plaza metro Kajang tuh,makan kat Sunflower Bakery or Rojak mamak..Then destinasi seterusnya is Mcdonalds Kajang where rata-rata muka budak Convent and Kajang High School aja kat situ! Some Saturdays I even lepak kat McDonalds Kajang tuh dengan Nora Danish..Yeah,the famous Nora Danish,she was my junior dulu..her besties is my kinda pet sis la,so selalu I ikut they all jugak melepak..:)

I really enjoyed my school life...part melepak balik sekolah...part beli jajan kat kedai Cina belakang sekolah,part pergi tution belakang sekolah...owh,sangat nostalgic,okay..I missed all of that..Missed Cikgu Jamilah punya so-called signature speech,missed lawak ustazah Fakhriah,missed he Interact Day and Hari Kantin where semua class compete sapa dapat the highest kutipan...I missed my friends..My best friend,Hani..Alin..Zeela,Roslina,Dhyane..:( Hopefully boley buat Reunion one day and jumpa they all back!

Over the Sea Retreat

Hiya all..Wah,everywhere people are talking about the new i-phone 4.I pulak dah syukur banyak dapat i-phone 3gs.Mesti semua dah tak sabar nak get the new i-phone 4,kan? I actually ada banyak benda nak update,but mood tak datang-datang..

Btw, yesterday was my first class..everything is good especially our new lecture theatre.Last year the lecture theatre is still under construction,siap this year lah kiranya..Wah,very nice and modern.Dah macam lobby hotel dah and the lecture theatre is so big and cosy with giant screen,so comfy! I arrived quite early so dapat duduk 2nd row,semangatt woh!

Rasa macam tengok movie plak kat lecture theatre nie,kan...The problem is I dah start pening kepala thinkin bout my modules.Today lagi pening,went to European Economy class,lecturer dah bagi title project paper dah siap..adoila,I'd better start early this time,last year kelam kelibut,caca marba jadiknya..Its so me lah,memang muka last menit!

Owh2,I'm going away somewhere next weekends..*lompat-lompat*...To where???

Pwetty, kan.Yeapsy,flyin off to Amsterdam next week to lepak with my brother yang dah nak balik Malaysia for good..If I come during Spring,boley jugak drag mamat tuh pergi Keukenhof tengok the blooming tulips.But datang dah end summer,weather pon so-so aja,tak tau nak jalan mana.

This is indeed my 2nd time there.The 1st time was last year,orang raya balik Malaysia,i raya balik Amsterdam..Husband I lagie sadis,I kat amsterdam bergumbira beraya,dia kat sini kerjalah pulak...My Kyra yang excited sangat coz the other day dia tak sempat naik nie:-

Back To School

Happy Monday everyone!!!C'mon,gather ur strength,dengan penuh semangat kerja today..Me pon sama..After 3.5 months ber summer holidays,tibalah masa untuk kembali ke sekolah..Aiyoo,Am I ready?Am I prepared? 

Hopefully this year is better than the previous year,aminn...

Esok class starts at 9am..so maybe my other half hantarkan..Dia memang enjoy jadi my driver..dulu time I kerja pon dia ambik antar,antar sekolah pon dia ambik antar jugaks..Leganya ada someone nak hantarkan coz today I worked to the max,dahla hujan one whole day..But I syukur as rain is better than snow..Snow lagi dasyat,not because of the coldness but it gets sooo slippery..kejap-kejap tergolek..adoila...

Just now worked from 8am till 7pm..ada break 1.5 hours tak sempat rest pon,pasal Kyra nak makan Gulai ayam,so masakla..then dah siap,masuk bekas tapau hantar bekal kat my husband pulak kat tempat kerja dia..adoi,multi-task sungguh!

But balik 7pm sangat lega pasal anak dara kita dah siap basuh pinggan.She's 9 but very helpful..Dia start basuh pinggan when she was 7 tau..I tengah tidur,bila bangun tengok dia kat dapur..I asked her why she did that..Dia reply kata"kesian tengok mama penat".Sejuk hati nie kan..Yesterday bagi dia cooking lesson,masak sambal sotong and telur dadar..The other day dia dah pandai masak sweet Sour fish..Kelim karipap pon pandai dah,tapi xdala sekemas orang besar,she's just 9,so,what do you expect,kan??Syukur banyak dah dia rajin nak tolong tumbuk bawang,tumis cili and pukul telur...:)

She's growing up too fast,lah...In 2 months dah nak masuk 10 years..rasa macam baru aja bawak dia balik dari hospital dulu....

Seeing this face bila penat balik kerja,sooo relaxing,kan? Owh,lupa nak story,the other day ada 3 Mat salehs boys dok panggil2 her name from downstairs..She said its her school friend..siap datang bertandang bawah rumah nie panggil tuh..nak ngorat ke haperr..Jenuhhhhhhhhla.....:P

Berendam Air Mata..

Hmm...watched Lagenda Budak Setan the Movie just now..Baru ada time and kesempatan tengok....Aduuss..definetely tak 100% macam the novel la,kan..For me boleh digarap lebih baik...i terus jadi agaks syahdu bila during the story they play the OST yang "Bila Cinta' tu...hadoila,meleleh air mata tanpa disedari...Terus teringat the novel..Read it more than 10 times kot..Saya memang hantu novel...The 1st novel mama bought for me is called Arni..its for my birthday..not sure whether she still remember or not..

I was 11 kot that time..Nangis jugak baca cerita Arni tuh..hadoilah..Apsal sentimental sangat I nie?My husband cakap I tengok kartun pon nangis..Ntah hape-hape ntah menyakat I..tapi tulah,I tengok kartun Lion King pon berderai-derai air mata...:P

I really love that Budak setan OST,lepas tengok movie dengar balik lagu kat you tube dekat 10 kali! sadis sungguh kan cinta Kasyah-Ayu..Ada ke cenggitu gamaknya dalam dunia nyata ni? Bila tengok Kasyah,teringat pulak kisah I.My sister in-law cakap cintan agung jugak.Why?Because time we all bercinta dulu,my husband,which is my bf pernah naik motor kapcai from Jitra,Kedah to KL tengah malam buta dalam hujan lebat..Can you imagine him mendaki the bukit yang dekat jelapang Ipoh tuh dengan motor EX5 dalam hujan lebat with all the lorries and busses..Nauzubillah...Akhirnya setelah menunggang selama 8 hours,dia sampai jugak ke KL,dengan spoket motor dah terburai...semata-mata wanna see me......Boleh jugak tak di kategorikan as Cinta agung?????? hehehehehehe..

Shopping in UK

Happy weekends my dear readers...Firstly,I nak ucapkan syukur ke hadrat Ilahi because my husband dah dapat 2nd job,Alhamdulillah..So,he's gonna be very busy since dah ada 2 jobs,kan.Syukur,at least he can help me with my study fees and books..Hopefully I can do really well so that all his sacrifice is worth it..:)

I can see my life is heading to the right direction..we were blessed as everything we hoped for alhamdulillah were granted by Allah..I'm so comfortable with my life now,taklah kaya,but taklah sengkek..Just in the middle..ada some savings,ada 2 cars for us to commute from A to B,gonna finish my in 2 years time,can go holiday and eat outside once a while,what more can i ask,kan?Syukur...

By the way,today I dapat my salary..so me and my other half had our dinner at Wagamama la..I worker just 1.5 hours today and we went window shopping at Chaperfield..I'm looking for a nice comfy shoes for my class but could'nt find the one that I want..I dah lenjan both my Clarks shoe and boots,so I want a new one just for me going to class,agak gediks di disituh!!

One thing I like about shopping in uk nie kan is I can do it i the comfort of my home..Semua di hujung jari aja.Online,babe! The major hypermarket here are Asda,Tesco(Tesco jugakkk),Morrisons and Sainsburys. So what you do is just click on their website,choose what you want,then pay by debit o credit card and they will deliver you items in 1,2 days.Easy peasy,kan?So,time heavy snow tuh,and you feel under the weather,just click,click,then you'll get your groceries the next day.Bukan shopping aja online deknon,renew roadtax,insurans,TV license,semua online,senang!

Other than that,all the hypermarket opens 24 hours on weekdays!!! how cool is that??? Sometimes I malas nak bersesak shopping in the morning,I went to Asda at 12 midnight,konon ingat takda manusia dah memalam buta,kan,rupanyaaaaa...tuh dia,penuh jugak parking! My husband pernah keluar pergi asda at 3a.m cari panadol,hahahah..Which i find very convenientla kan..owh,but ada certain products you cant buy after 12 a.m,like Alcohol beverages.I think the govt didnt want to encourage people to drink and drive,kan..Baguss:)

However,yang i lemah skets shopping in UK nie pasal shopping mall nya pukul 5.30pm dah tutup..hadoila,senyap sunyi except bowling arena and cinema ajalah..Kadang geram pasal I balik kerja dahla petang,nak lepak kat shopping mall pon dah tutup..:( Lainla kat Malaysia,Mid valleys tuh 10pm baru tutup kedai then Jusco sometimes 11pm baru tutup,kan?? Terus rindu malaysia bila ingat nie..

I think banyak dah I membebel tonight,I pon nak buat curry puff daging dengan Kyra nie..A simple one,10 mins currypuff..If you're interested to know,watch out my blog on Sunday,yeah,will put the recipe in.So darlings,Happy weekends,enjoyyyyyyy!!!

Dulu Lain...Sekarang Lain

Dulu lain,Sekarang lain..dulu bujang sekarang dah kawen..hehehehe..Today kita story mory hal ringan2 aja,kay.Ada some of my friends yang complained saying that husband dah tak mesra macam time belom kawen dulue..Errkk..Kat uk nie pulak,biasalah,most memang tak kahwin,stayed with their partners and anak pon mestilah luar nikah,kan..bila I tanya my colleague why they didnt wanna get married.Their answers are,things will change after marriage,no more freedom,yada,yada...

Hhhmm..tulah,bila think again,memang ada husband and wife yang after few years of marriage,jalan kat shopping complex pon jauh2,makan pon asing2,no more love letters or note,no more kata-kata cinta.I pon susah jugak nak comment..Sometimes bila dah beranak pinak,anak 4,5 orang,how to hold hands lagie,kan..sorang nak tolak stroller baby,sorang nak pimpin tangan anak-anak lagie..especially after 5 years of marriage,lagie la..Usually the first 2,3 years tuh still lagie in honeymoon stage dak??Ker ada yang after 6 months dah jalan jauh-jauh dah??:P

For me,usia perkahwinan tu hanyalah numbers..it doesn't mean that nak romantic time honeymoon aja..and please jangan jadikan kerja and anak-anak alasan.Kalau dulu time bercinta boleh jalan pegang tangan and bergayut phone 2,3 jam,why now cannot? Sebab masing-masing dah ada statement dalam kepala masing-masing that "dia dah jadi milik aku",why bother?? Jangan gitu yang, Dah pegang title husband and wife orang pon boley disambar orang tau..:P

I've not been married that long..baru nak cecah 10 years,and I'm still learning..What i did to preserve the closeness between us is going out on a date just the 2 of us..movies or coffee or just take a stroll in the park.And we make sure we still hold hands..and kadang-kadang bila gediks datang,still suap2 each other..sometimes,we even makan sepinggan and minum segelas..For me,by doing so,I felt close with my other half.

Private time together is essential..walau dah kahwin 20 years and ada 6,7 anak.Spend quality time together,talking,discussing,planning..kalau bawak anak-anak,terus dah jadi tak romantic,silap-silap they all tak behave,terus hilang mood kita,kan??

There's 1 scene yang i pernah observed dengan mata kepala sendiri,10 years ago,1 pregnant women kat hentian Putra yang tengah sarat mengandung terkejar-kejar husband dia.Why?husband dia jalan jauh nun di depan..tau ajalah orang tengah sarat,mana boley jalan laju,kan..Kesian i tengok...:( Hopefully tak adalah antara kita yang sampai macam tu sekali,yer.....So my dear readers out there,apalagi?Plan a date with ur husband or bf and Selamat Bercinta!!!!

Resmi Padi..

Heyluu gorgeous!Today I'm a bit productive,eventho early morning dah kena stomach ache..Bergulung aja dalam duvet takley nak bangun..But thinking that I need to go to the university and later meeting with my boss,Rachel,gagahkan diri get up walaupun my body is so weak..

I'm supposed to be on leave till Friday nie,but ended up asking for work..Bored plus I need extra money..So,today going to work from 5pm till 8pm.Not a problem,lahh..The other day,kan,I was thinking about my life,the purpose of me blogging and having a FB accounts. I'm trying my best to avoid misunderstanding..I felt scared if ada yang ingat I nie berlagak or riak or suka menunjuk.Thats why I'd rather talk about my cookings or the place I go,rather than things I buy.

Manusia nie ada macam ragam and karenah.Ada yang senang,ada yang sederhana and ada juga yang tak berapa nak senang.Ada yang dari kecik memang parents orang berada..Ada pulak yang tetiba dari tak berapa nak senang jadi mewah..Rezeki tuhan..Maybe ter 'kahwin' dengan anak Tan Sri ker or tetiba kaya from MLM ke kan..My friend pernah kata,orang yang betul2 kaya nie selalunya jarang nak menunjuk,yang tiba-tiba kaya tu yang selalunya macam Kera dapat Bunga..I wonder whether its true or not.

I ada kawan yang memang anak orang kaya,now her dad is one of the VVIP and she's now a proud owner of an International Company..I think she's making hundreds of thousand if not millions a year.But orangnya sangatlah merendah diri,tak ada pakai high end stuffs pon..and her children pon biasa saja.I really look up on her,tak pernah nak carry her dad punya tittle pon.Memang salute dengan dia.

You all pernah tak came across some people yang suka nak make a statement apa yang dia ada and how much he/she paid for it.Ada jugak certain people yang siap announce how much the handbag cost or the skincare range price.Errkk...It made me think,what is the purpose of all that.I dont mind people sharing what they bought but putting a price tag is a lil bit too much doncha think??

I really hoped that no one thinks I ada nak menunjuk in any of my entry..its not easy sebenarnya,if ada sedikit rasa riak dalam hati kita pon,kita dah berdosa sebenarnya,kan?Nauzubillah..I really wanna be like what they say "Resmi padi,Makin berisi makin menunduk"..I hope sampai bila-bila pon I sentiasa sedar diri and I pray that Allah jauhkanlah perasaan riak and takbur tu dari I..Amin... :)

Char Kway Teow UK mari !!!!!

Hello everyone...hows your day today?Mine is not as productive as it shud be...Still on leave...Planned to take a walk in the woods with my better half,but after breakfast terus mandom aja..Slashed the plan then dua-dua terbongkang tido..Ended up both bangun at 2pm,take a bath,siap2,went out to fetch Kyra at school..

Yesterday while taking the stroll in the city,we stopped by the open market.Stopped by at the fish stall to look for fresh cockles.The other day I managed to get the frozen cockles from Tesco,tried to make Sambal kerang but ended up with a rather chewy cockles..sangat tak membantu! A bag of frozen cockles costs me almost 4 quids,if sedap lain cerita lah,dah chewy tuh terus maki-maki Tesco..hahahaha

Then,yesterday was my lucky day.We found the fresh cockles.It was sold in a glass jar.The price is 2 quids per jar and it was fresh.So I bought a jar and dah siap plan nak buat Char Kway teow. Afterwards we went to Morrisons dalam misi mencari fresh tiger prawns.but yilekk,sold out pulakkk..Then I bought summore squids nak ganti the udang.

Owh,I teringat the other day,cik Nana Birm ada tanya pasal how to prepare Char Kway Teow.Like usual,my version is the simple one.Tumis shallots and garlic sampai naik bau,put in cili boh,goreng until pecah minyak,put in a bit belachan bakar,sos tiram,fish sauce,then masuklah udang,sotong,kerang,ayam,taugeh,then masukkan Kway Teow,put in garam,gula,kicap pekat,then pecahkan 2 eggs,gaulkan bagi sebati..SIAP!!

A Date In the City

Hellooooo again..I'm updating my blog using my lappy,so,insy the entry will be longer la.usually if I update my blog via i-Phone,the entry is shorter as I'm not used to the i-Phone yet,thus,it took me longer time to type.I'm so in love with my i-Phone but sometimes my 3g provider is sooo slow.I prefer using my Sky Wifi,faster..:)

Did I tell you that my husband has to pay around additional 12 quids or RM60 per month apart from the line rental?Hehehe,he got me an insurance for my phone,knowing how careless his wifey is.He bought me an insurance for the i-phone.The insurance covers lost,damages and theft.Sounds good,eh? One of my friend told me she accidentally dropped her i-phone and the screen just go crazy.She has to pay 150 quids just to replace the damaged screen.Haiyyooo,if RM almost RM1k tuhh..Hadoila..Crazy!

Knowing how careless I am,my husband took extra precaution and bought me the insurance.If its damaged,I will only have to pay 50 quids and if its lost or stolen,yours truly will get a new phone.Nauzubillah...I find the insurance very useful especially for someone careless like me.One time my phone ended up under someone's car! Hihihihi..

So,enuff bout the insurance.Today both me and my other half is not working,so we decided to go out for a date.We usually went out on a date once a week,for coffee,movies or just dine out.As for today we went sightseeing in the city. The weather was beautiful,not too hot,not too cold...We parked near Toys R Us and took a stroll along the shops.I snapped some pics on the way.

After almost an hour walking,we stopped by our favourite cafe,Cafe Nero as I was craving for a cheese cake and pecan pie.We grabbed choc frappuchino each along with the cheese cake and pecan pie.Does this look tempting????

And of course,yours truly also wanted to enterframe..hehehehe..happy face as I finally get to eat Cheese Cake!

Heyya dear reAders..Nie try update from my new I phone.hehehe,baru merangkak nak belajar.Actually just came back from my GP,last week I accidentally bang my head to the car roof.Since that I've been having a mild headache almost everyday now..so tadi pegi check dr said it's normal,so okla la kan,nasib husband I Ada temankan,dahla parking jauh..however,I tetap happy coz kuih raya dah sampai from Malaysia yahoooo

Belated Birthday Prezzie..

Today is my off day!Yeay....after almost a week waking up at 6am and finished work at 10pm,a day off is something that I looked forward to....:) My husband lemme sleep after Subuh while he got up to sort kyra..Prepared packed lunch and breakfast and send Kyra to school..Today my husband went for an interview in the morning.A 2nd job..he wants to ensure my studies go smoothly..the books,part of the fees..Mind you,I still have to pay half of my fees..

Alhamdulillah,insy dapat kot the job...I'm so happy for him..Hopefully cepatla I dapat my Mini Cooper S..huhuhu...Lepas dia balik from the interview,we went to the laundreatte and do our laundy..After that my husband brought me to the City and treat me at Wagamama...Like usual,we had Salmon Terriyaki and Chilli Squids..After dah kenyang semua,we strolled along Chaperfield Mall..then out of the blue, he decided to buy me something for my Birthday which was 5 months ago.Mind you,its me that can't make a decission on what i want for my birthday,so kiranya just KIV ajalah..then today tetiba dapat ilham pulak,kan....So,he bought me this!

Aduhai Anak..

Hello gorgeous darl...busy beraya kah?or ada yang dah start open house? I macam biasa,kalut dengan kerja lah,tonight finished at 10pm,balik umah,Kyra pon dah lena..adoilaaaa...jealous dengan you all,dapat makan lemang,rendang,ketupat bagai...I malam nie makan Maggi aja..:(

Just now I received an email from my Professor,dia dah bagi link for us to read relating to Macroeconomics..Pengsan,class belom start dah dapat email from Head of Faculty..I need to be in student mode dah now,kena prepare mentally and physically dah..for all the madness..My routine is work-class-work-house chores..memang gila!

Nie nak story mory about what happened semalam..Yesterday lunch,kan.. I masak nasi goreng aja,with Vege..Then,the 3 of us sat down and have our lunch,la kan..Below are the conversation we had :-

Me: Adik,you should eat vegetables you know..its good for us,make our skin supple,smooth,make our eyes glow

Hubby : Yeah,you should eat more green stuffs,like the cow,they eat grass,you can see how smooth their skin is..

Kyra : If that so,cow ate grass,I eat cow,then ok la,right???

Me+Hubby : Gelak Guling2.....hahahahhahahahahha

Iskh,panjang akal sungguh anak aku..yelah,mak bapak dia dua2 terlebih "pandai",manalah anak tak ikut..The apple won't fall far from the tree! Owh,did I tell you she's learning French now?My husband tau French sikit2,so both of them dok practice sampai I yang pening kepala dalam kereta!

Raya ke tak Raya??

Salam Aidilfitri dear readers...I hope all of you enjoyed your raya..mesti pening makan rendang,lemang and ketupat yer tak?Too much pulut can make me dizzy and windy..hahahah...yesterday,1st day raya I boleh kena kerja pulaks..ended up start beraya at 7pm..balik keja tuh.Like I said before,pakai last year punya kurung aja..I dont mind at all as I just wore it once or twice aja..taknak membazirlah..so,make do apa yang ada aja..

Actually yesterday,sayu sangat hati nie,dahla raya beribu batu di perantauan,dengan kena kerja lagie,dengan tak buat rendang segala..pilu tau..tapi,what to do..this is life..I'm gonna have to pay my fees next month and I need enough to cover books and etc.So,bila i kena kerja,I have too la..takkan nak tolak rezeki..sebab kalau kita susah pon,its just us yang tau,kan..so,I buat decission to work..its not that bad though..

Balik keja 7pm tuh barula pakai baju kurung and pegi open house at makcik Umi's house.She's such a good cook,dia jamu we all Nasi minyak ujan panas,daging dendeng,nasi himpit kuah kacang,soto,mee rebus..I makan sikit aja,tuh pun dah sengkak,cant go on dah..huhuhu..

Eventho this is the 1st raya yang I tak dapat celebrate,it turn out to be the best I had by far..Something amazing happened to me yesterday..a blessing in disguise..Syukur Allah itu Maha mendengar,I dapat far better than I've ever imagine..for that,Alhamdulillah..we all tak ada ambik gambar raya..so,I tunjuk gambar Kyra last year ajalah..Last year we all raya kat Amsterdam,she wore the same kurung jugak....Happy sungguh Kyra today dapat phone call from her granpa,granma and uncles in Malaysia..Glowing muka dia..:)

Being Selfish...

Wah..busynya you all packing beg semua..dah ready nak balik kampung?I'm sure some of you dah start cuti and dok busy2 buat last mins preparation for Raya,kan..I pulak sempa lagie nak update blog..hehehe,yelah,I bukan nak kena packing to go anywhere pon..We're gonna be here..dahla keja raya tuh..hadoila..

Just now i bumped into my colleague,Michelle,kesian dia,she booked a holiday minggu lepas..then tup tap the company called her and suruh dia datang kerja as no one can cover her rounds..Boley gittew..Kesian sangat kat dia..I pon yesterday dapat call,asking whether i could come to work..selamba aja I cakap no,I cant.Hello,dah keja membanting tulang for a week 7am till 10pm sometimes..duit,duit juga,health is important too..Someone pernah said this to me once,there's two things that if its dropped can't bounce back,family and health..betul tuh..I chose to rest yesterday and be a bit selfish..memang well-deserved pon,penat ya ampunn..

I tengah berbunga-bunga dalam hati coz tunggu kuih raya from Malaysia nie..tak sabar nak melantak tart Nenas,Almond London and samperit..best..best..Now dah masuk autumn,bangun tido pagi pon gelap aja..tak syok betul..2 weeks from now class dah nak start pulak..ayoyoyo..belum ready lagie nie..physical dah,mental belum..huhuhuhu..My husband now tengah hunt for a 2nd job..kesian dia..he has to sacrifice so that I can study..well,both of us pon sacrifice banyak benda to be here..Hopefully,semuanya akan tebayar one day..:)

Sorry banyak merapu today..badan penat,mulalah merepeks aja..you all have a safe journey home yeah:)

Insya Allah we're in UK will celebrate Eid on Friday..Persiapan saya hanya ala kadar,and tak keterlaluan jika I said that this year persiapan paling sederhana..Selain berada di perantauan,faktor kerja pon menyebabkan persiapan hanya ala kadar sahaja.Me and my husband will be working on Eid itself....but my boss let me have some time off in the morning so that we can gather with other families to celebrate Eid..Syukur..thats more than enough for me..

To my family,Mama,Papa,Boy,Hasif and Danial,Selamat Hari Raya..I really hope that we could celebrate it together..However,I do hope you guys will enjoy eid eventho I'm not around.Papa and Mama,ampunkan dosa kakak dari hujung rambut ke hujung kaki,minta halal segala makan minum selama ini..Walaupun kakak jauh beribu batu,tapi hati ini tetap dekat pada semua...sob..sob...:(

To my MIL and FIL,Mak and ayah..semoga Raya tahun ini bermakna buat mak and ayah..Walaupun kami tiada bersama,ingat-ingatlah kami masa makan ketupat palas dan rendang,yer?Maafkan kami berdua jika ada salah dan silap selama ini.

Mengasah Bakat

Salam Jumaat pretty peeps..:) I nie kan hari2 buat entry pasal makanan,maybe becoz puasa lah kot..Dalam pada seronok nak raya tuh,sedih kan Ramadhan is ending..iskh..iskh..Memula I thought puasa time peak summer nie teruk sangat,but Alhamdulillah we managed quite well..Not that bad,I think less tiring than kat Malaysia,maybe pasal not too hot kot..syukurla..

I happy nie..tadi dah order kuih kat my cousin,she's gonna courier it tomorrow..tataulah dapat before raya or not..kalau tak pon takpa,buat kudap-kudap depan tv pon okay jugaks,kan..huhuhu..I order kuih ala-ala mazola,almond london,samperit and tart nenas..semua favourite saya..Owh we went to marks&spencer today kengkonon nak cari stationaries Kyra but takdela pulak,so budak kecik tuh ended up dengan heeled boots..hadoila...kopak mama nie..Abah dia pulak beli baju sehelai..Mama? dapat upah bukak puasa makan Salmon Terriyaki and Chilli squids..okeyla kan..not to forget Choc fudge Cake with Vanilla pod Ice-cream..owh..owh..sangat divineeeeeee....:)

This 2,3 days,kan..I gila dah buat kuih..yang peliknya not kuih raya..kuih Malaysia lah..the other day kan I buat pulut panggang,kan..then day after I try buat Keria..Keria nie is my 2nd attempt..1st attempt dulue kat Malaysia almost 6 years ago I think,buat2 kan lepas goreng jadi keras..pastuh terus give up...I think too much plain flour kot..Then kelmarin try again pasal teringin,kali nie kurangkan tepung,lebihkan sweet potato,letak a bit salt then nak bagi dia gebu,I put some baking powder..wallah...sangat cun jadiknya..It took less than half an hour..senang sangat rupanya nak buat Keria nie..kena ingat yang tepung jangan banyak,as it will resul in the keria become keras and liat..huhuhu..Nak tengok my keria?

Salam Wednesday...amboi..ada yang lajak cuti nampak??Hehehe..biasalah..kadang tido balik lepas sahur then susah nak bangun dah..terus sambung cuti...:P Ampun yer my dear friends because i tak sempat lagie nak upload pics Manchester itu ari..kalut sangat!

This morning,kena attend work training pulak..from 8am till 1pm.then kalau hari training tak payah kerja ok gaks,nie kan after finish training terus kena pegi umah client..hadoila..then balik keja dah almost 8pm..Bukak posa air mineral aja dalam my car,then rush balik goreng mihun,masak nasi,then buat Ikan Bawal sweet sour...sangat penat dengan all this madness!

iskh,selagi namanya hidup,selagi itulah sibuk nie tak habis..nie baru anak 1,kalau anak 6,7 orang? Kurus la lelama I..pastuh mesti cepat nampak tua,kan?dah stress aja memanjang...However,weekends arituh dapat 2 days off,so,sangat happy...tau me and Mr Hubby buat apa? apa lagie,buat kuih la! We made Pulut panggang or in utara they call it Pulut Udang...:-

Nie banana leaf yang dibeli the other day,I beli 2 packs then frozenkan dalam freezer..daun pandan pon gitu..Owner kedai Asian,minah Philippines tuh yang ajar buat gitu...Ok,nak buat kuih nie tak renyah sangat..

1st- Masak pulut,orang lain kukus,saya masuk microwave..letak santan and air and garam,tutup dengan cling wrap (Jangan Lupa),tekan 8-10 mins depends microwave mana u all use..I malas nak mengukus bagai..mana ada masa...huhuhu..2ndly buat inti-bahan2 is bwg merah,bwg putih,kelapa parut,udang kering,cili merah,serai,lengkuas,kunyit hidup,halia,ketumbar and jintan...goreng la semua..Rupanya lebay kurang ginie:-

I part buat pulut dengan inti pass lah..time nak gulung,fail,hokey..orang takda seni macam ginilah...kalau kena buat sushi awal2 lagi mesti I fail! So,dah i tak reti nak buat,kenalah panggil orang yang reti..sapa lagi kalau bukan :-

Mr Hubby! Huhuhuhu,nasib ada laki yang berseni tangan,kalau idak,I buat bulat aja pulut panggang tuh and balut dengan foil,habis cerita! I'm so thankful my husband rajin turun dapur tolong I buat kuih,dialah buat semua,ratakan pulut atas daun pisang,isik inti and gulung then staplerkan..I? tengok aja,kunun nak belajar,hampehs you all!!!

This is how it looks like after 10 mins in the oven..Kira oklah kan..lidi pon takde..ikut I,I suka tradisional...but make do ajalah apa yang ada..So,dapatlah we all buka puasa dengan Pulut panggang made in uk nih! So,you all pegi mana cuti Merdeka??? Shopping raya,kahh???
