Heylu girlfriends! I'm back!..Kunun nak update you all pasal my day in Cambridge kan..But tulah,belum upload pics lagie,then malas pulak nak resize..aduss...kemalasan melanda..Penat you all,yesterday we came back from Cambridge malam dah,sampai umah almost 10pm!Dahlah jammed on d way,kesian my driver cum hubbylicious..I? layan mata la weh..penat,yesterday morning kan went to work lagie..so,dapatlah I nap kejal around 1/2 hours..

Nanti ek,insy I upload gambar kat Mediterranean restaurant tuh...Today kita citer hal lain dulu ek...Yang pasti yesterday was a blast~especially watching Toy Story 3D,we totally loved it..Go and watch it tau..highly recommended..:)

yesterday morning me and Kyra lepak kat Mc's breakfast..layanlah gambar-gambar-cheh,makan kat mcds pon nak bergambar bagai..:P

Muka budak baru bangun tido,mandi pon belom...We had pancakes and Egg Mcmuffin..My favourite..Kat Malaysia i suka Sausage mcmuffin with Egg..But sini tak dapekla nak merasa sausage,kan...then we had Hot Choc..sedap...

Everytime order hot drinks we get this loyalty card..Dah full 6 stickers,the 7th cup is FOC.Best,kan..nampak tak kat belakang tuh apa?Ahkak siap bawak sos Maggie dari umah tuh!Tak lalu tekak nie nak letak ketchup..

So,citer lepak Mcds tamat di sini..Now nak story mory citer di sebalik Title kebabomm entry hari nih...Iyer you all,I memang makan hati kelmarin...

HATI NI! Hehehehe.....Hati Lembu...The other day I went to Halal butcher...nampak hati lembu..so,teringin..Then balik I buatlah rendang...rendang I unique skets as I letak belacan..Selalu I letak Kaffir leaves and daun kunyit..hiris halus..then semalam takda,I tak letaklah..Then I put some gula merah in my rendang,kasik kaler cun skets...Sapa-sapa nak recipe lemme know yeah..other than belacan and gula merah,I rasa sama aja resepi rendang kat mana-mana...:0..Owhh..i missed my mom's cooking terribly especially nak masuk bulan puasa nih,kan..Usually sahur my mom will cooked her signature dish-Lidah Goreng..Superb!Dia hiris lidah lembu halus-halus..so,macam nak crispy2 jugaks..Even mata susah bukak pon sahur,Lidah Goreng punya pasal,mesti I bangun..You all pulak,selalu sahur makan lauk apa???

Bersukaria di Cambridge

Heya all...This is gonna be a short and quick update..actually,baru lepas chat dengan Baiti,for almost 1.5 hours,okay.FB chat...Memang best! sampai tak sedar dah pukul 1 pagi...

Tomorrow I'm not supposed to work,but Boss I 'amnesia' pegi letak nama I pulak for tomorrow..Habis,how? I pity her,so I told her I can work up to 10am.Sebab we're going somewhere..we all nak pi sini:-

Express Honey Chicken Rice..

Ha,jangan ingat ada Bas ekspres,kaunter ekspres aja..Nasi Ayam pon ada ekspress atau nama omputihnya Express Chicken Rice..as a student,employee,mom,wifey..I memang suka masak yang ekspres aja..I tak tahan dok kat dapur berjam2..selain lenguh kaki,malas nak berpeluh2 especially time summer nih..So,for lunch today I cook Express Chicken Rice..this is originally my Mama recipe,but i modified sesikit.I love My Mom chicken rice,bukan yang Linda oNn tuh tau:P,mak sendiri punya...

My mom takdelah personally hand me the recipe,but time dia paksa I turun dapur tuh,I observe la..Thanks Mama sebab paksaan mama lah kakak reti masak..Kalau tak,memang tak reti lah nak masak..Ok,this recipe sangat cepat..dalam 20 mins dah siap and tak payah berdiri berpeluh nak tunggu kat dapur 20 mins,just kat dapur dalam 7-8 mins saja..

Wanna know how to cook nasi ayam madu yang cepat dan sedap?Chewahh...puji diri sendiri pulaks..sila ikut langkah2 ini..1stly,Renehkan ayam atas dapur..masukkan ayam dalam air,letak garam,gula,kulit kayu manis,bunga lawang,daun sup,lada putih,sedikit stok ayam..Biarkan about  5 mins,Sambil2 tuh basuh beras..

Then dah mendidih,masukkan sedikit serbuk kunyit,kasik kaler kuning,baru mengancam,kan.So,Siap dah Sup dier!

Then tuangla Sup ayam tadi dalam beras,ikut sukatan memasinglah,kan depends on beras you all..Then masukkan daun pandan,tekan rice cooker to 'cook'...Then keluarkan ayam dari dalam sup tadi,golekkan dalam kicap,madu,garam and a bit sos tiram..jangan lupa pre-heat oven..Then masukkan ayam in oven,180 degrees celcius for 20 mins..Pada sesapa yang takda oven,boley deep fry aja..I malas..so,sumbat oven to Roast aja..:P..Sambil2 tuh,buatlah sos dia..I tumbuk aja semua,pasal malas nak blend plus I pon memang takda blender..pathetic,kan..?? :P

Rahsia sos nasi ayam yang mantap,pekat dan mengancam is-Tumbuk bawang putih,halia,Cili besar,sedikit cili api and tomato..I suka letak banyak tomato buah,pasal sedap lagi..Jangan lupa masukkan garam and gula sesedap rasa you all..Then masukkan sos Cili sikit,Sos tomato sikit then setengah sudu cuka makan..Cuba rasa....Sedap,tak?Mesti sedap,kan...kalau tak sedap,mesti korang tak ikut step I nih!

So,Nasi dah settle,Ayam Siap,Sos siap,Sup siap...hahaha..amacam? senang giler tak? I've been cooking this since I was 18 kut...sama aja resepinya..which is diturunkan from my beloved Mama...So,korang mesti nak tengok,kan hasilnya..Jap..jap...Okey..sila drool,okay?

Secret Project with Mr Hubby

Salam Jumaat everyone.TQ for all the wishes..I'm gettin better now,dah start kerja again..UK now nie dilanda heatwave..I rasa that is why I rasa so tired,exhausted and worn out.I nie memang tak tahan panas,biar sejuk bedi takpe,jangan panas,I akan 'cair'.

So,yesterday malam I came back from work almost 10pm dah.Kyra dah 'pengsan' lama dah..My other half pulak dah siap defrost Salmon dia..kunun nak grill la tuh..Then I balik,cakap dia teringin nak something.. Something yang nikmat gilerr Then dia pon cakap.."Sedap tuh.,jom kita buat sesama".BUAT?NIKMAT?...SEDAP? Apakah???? Ha,korang jangan pikir ke lain,mementang nie malam Jumaat,pikiran tuh nak ke situ aja,yea..:P..

Betulla tuh,memang kitorang buat 'Secret Project' pon..kali nie tempat unique skets,in the kitchen,boleyyyy???

Hahahahaha...nak tau project apa yang secret sangat tuh? Project nih!

You all guess la..apa nih? Pada yang dah tengok my FB sure tau,kan..Ha,pandai pon..Project Sardine Roll. Its a simple one..It took just 5 mins to prepare.I buat inti,which is lenyekkan isi sardines,potong red chillies,onions,a bit of salt,perahan lime,siaplah intinya..Then pukul telur 2 biji..put salt,a bit of milk then siap..My husband pulak roll the bread..bukan pakai roller tau,tapi botol kaca still water..Since bottle tuh penuh and berat,so memang cantikla roti tuh..not too thin,not too thick..Then letak inti in the roti tadi...gulung,then celup dalam bancuhan telur then gorenglah macam biasa..To make a nice Sardine Roll,kalau taknak dia terbarai,what I did was,lebihkan telur kat hujung roti where the end meets tuh,then celup tempat tu dulu dalam minyak,bila dah bertangkup,baru alihkan...

I enjoyed preparing food with my husband,selalu we all catch up time macam nie lah..usually,if I masak,my husband akan masuk dapur sekali,tolong kupas bawang or tumbuk cili or halia..or just washing the dishes..Sajala teman I masak..Seronok ada kawan kat dapur nie..sambil masak,borak2..gossip2...huhuhu How bout you all? Hubby rajin masuk dapur tak????

C.E.L.A.R.U...

Heyya girlfriends...Sorry lama jugak I 'ponteng' update my blog nie.I was down with food poisoning the other day.Almost 3 days terlantar kat umah..huhuhu..Nak pegi keja tak larat,tapi pikirkan gaji yang terlepas,stress jugaks..Sehari tak keja,RM700 hilang wohh...aduss..But,what to do,health is more important than money,kan..

After that food poisoning incident tuh,I'm still not well,lemah satu badan,maybe pasal period kot..Nie barulah okay skets..Banyak jugak entry i belum update,watching Eclipse,Kyra's Sports Day..Tapi mood belum mari nak update.So many things are lingering in my mind now..Banyak sangat!I'm struggling to stay positive all the time.

Jiwa I memang tengah kacau,but I tak nak fikir sangat as kang kalau stress lagie susah.So,I tried to divert my mind elsewhere.Dok berangan nak pi Paris,nak pi Amsterdam,nak pi Ireland..Huhuhuhu,I nie memang kaki 'jalan'.lain tuh I kureng skets..I love shopping,but its not my biggest passion kut...I'd rather save my money to travel tengok tempat orang..

Sejuk Perut Ibu Mengandung

Heyya pwetty peeps.Salam Monday you all...I think mesti ramai yang mata separuh aja today nie dek tengok Final World Cup Netherlands and Spain,kan. I pon tengok jugak,but me and Mr Hubby dok tunggu if ada penalty,tapi Spain dah score,so takdelah penalty,kan..

All right,ada apa dengan tajuk blog today? Begini,my baby girl brought back something for me last week.From school. It was a surprise,really... A present?Nope! Better than that.She brought this back!

A certificate from school! begini ceritanya,her school ada organize spelling test for the whole year 4 last  2 weeks. The spelling age is 16 years old,saja kot nak bagi budak- budak  years old nie practice.Then,to my surprise Kyra dapat the highest mark in the whole year 4 kat school dia.Hmm...Me?Happy bunny,la...Now baru tahu betapa bangganya my parents dulu bila their children achieved something in school...Terus rasa hilang sakit beranak 9 years ago...There are a few reasons why I'm proud of her:-

1. She's a Malay girl and we are here in the UK less than 1 year,yet she beats all the mat sallehs whom learned English since they were born.

2. When we arrived here,English was not Kyra's 1st language,and for her to get the highest marks,memang one hell of achievement la dey...

3.The spelling test was meant for 16 years old,she's just 9 and she nailed it!

Kira okla kan,anak Melayu,anak Malaysia,boley compete dengan anak-anak matsalleh nie.Teringat the 1st day we all sent her to school,i rasa nervous takut she cant keep up as her vocabs was very limited,grammar tunggang langgang-macam mama dia jugak..:P. However,lega 2nd day her teacher said he was amazed with her ability and that he was glad she was in his class.Kebetulan that week Kyra dapat certs for Maths subject kot.Pheww,legalah I.Now I dah tak risau pasal her English pasal cakap berabuk dah,dengan British accent bagai! The words she chose pon kadang-kadang bley buat we all tercengang,cant believe she's 9!.Okayla,tu aja I nak update nih.

Owh,what worries me now is she started to ask WEIRD question,okay? She was tellin me somethin about a pop teenager artist yang buat one of his fans pregnant.Then she said,I dont believe he had SEX with his fan.Then I said,if he didnt have sex with her,she cant possibly be pregnant.Of course la in Maryam case,its unique,kan.Then kan,tetiba anak bertuah nie cakap apa tau.."So,since people must have SEX in order to get pregnant,means mama and abah pon had sex,la.,thats why you got me,kan?"..Seriously,I nak pengsan,okay..tetiba I blushing giler,then spontaneously cakap No lah..Mengong tak mengong! Macam ter-refleks pulak cakap tak.Then my huband tanya dia,what is your understanding about SEX,kan?Dia kata, "Sex is when Man and Woman sleeps nakedly and touch each others private part".We all gelak cam gila..My other half cakap to my daughter.."You are close my dear,but its not the time yet to tell you specifically". Aduss,seriously,I rasa nak pitam,okay! Hmm..Anak..Anak.....:)

Home-Made Strawberry Jam

Heyya gorgeous peeps..Like I said the other day,I'm gonna try to make a home-made strawberry jam with Kyra.Kira projek ibu dan anakla nih..Easy peasy lemon squeasy jer nak prepare home-made jam nie..Ingredients semestinya fruits,gula and pectin.I tak letak pectin,as malas nak kuar gi kedai,boleyy gitu??

Firstly,kena buang tangkai strawberries tulah,my anak dara yang gigih  dan tekun buah keje nih...tengoklah nie..:-

Wah..Kyra..muka concentrate giler tuh..excited sangat nak buat jam..dari yesterday dok tanya..

Inilah rupa strawberries yang dah bersih di buang tangkainya yer puan2...

Dah tuh,kena basuh,then ramas-ramas the strawberry jadi macam gambar ini diatas..Bukan ramas lain yer? :P

I like it better with a chunk,lagi syok,so i takdalah ramas halus sangat...Dah ramas tuh,letak atas dapur,masuk suku gelas of plain water and masuk sugar..Ikut suka hati nak banyak mana.Depends la,kalau nak sweeter,put more la..

Taddaaa..banyak tuh jek dapat,strawberry nya sebekas penuh...haru sungguh! Takpelah,misbudget..:)

Yummeh..Kyra rasmikan dulu with butter and bread..panas-panas lagi jam tuh..So,Selamat Mencuba!
