Secret Project lagie....

Happy workin my dear readers..Surely ramai yang mengantuk pagi Isnin nie kan..I dulu pon gitu jugak..:P Tak bangun sahur nantih lembik,lagipun sunat,kan..Kalau bangun pulak,kadang terbabas sampai MC..huhuhuhu..haru lah..Yang pastinya tomorrow I'm going homeeeeeeeeee...! Apart for the excitement to see my hubby and Kyra,I have a secret project..what else..cooking project la..I'm gonna try to make 3 delicacies that I've never ever made before..from scratch! The 1st one is Popiah Basah..Owh I loveeeee popiah basah soooooooo much..drooling aja tengok kat Kak Lily punya FB..sebijik macam yang i teringin..Mesti you all tertanya since I love it soo much,why never tried it before?The thing is I did..once..and I gave up! teruk kan? I failed with the skin..nak buat kulit popiah basah,tau jadi apa?LEMPENG!!!..:P hadoilah..since then,ahkak surrender dah..never bothered pon..beli aja kat Ipoh..So,armed with determination,I proudly say that I'm gonna try my luck again! Pray for me..yeah

Secondly,Buah Tanjung nama diberi...this is a sweet delicacy from Kelantan which I love so much! being a sweet-tooth person, this kuih just satisfiy my sugary taste...But the best is yang melt in your mouth .However,ada jugak i terbeli yang keras,so tak syok..Where I got it?Pasar Khadijah Kota Bharu..Everytime we went there,my mom will always buy it for me..apart from Ketupat sotong la..But I dah berjaya buat ketupat sotong the other day..:) So,this one my other half siap pegi cari duck egg lagi to satisfy my cravings...huhuhu

Thirdly,I nak try buat Laksam Kelantan juga..yang kuah putih tuh..Mostly kat uk nie orang beli laksa kering tuh and buat kuah putih..But not me..I tak suka benda yang tak authentic nie..so,I'm gonna ask my husband to buy a steamer for me so that I can make the laksam itself from scratch..tak da feel guna laksa kering tuhla..so,I need to search high and low for long beans and daun kesum..owh,my friend Nicky got it..I can ask some from him..ngeeeee...best2...
